Taekwondo (Martial Arts)

For Men, Women, and Children age 5 and up

Olympic Tae Kwon Do Training (Sport)

Students are selected and trained to compete in State, National, and International events.

Champion Taekwondo Institute has created a system of training in the sport of Taekwondo to develop athletes to the maximum level. Team ChampYon is known to have some of the top athletes in the U. S. 2008 Team ChampYon placed 4 athletes in the AAU / USA National Team.

Cardio Kickboxing

Our fitness Kickboxing program is a high energy "triple Fat Burning" workout.
You've seen it on TV - st's the most effective exercise program available - burning 800 calories per hour. Our special Introduction to Kickboxing program makes it fun and easy to get started.
