09/6/08 Three ChampYon Athletes Placed in the AAU / USA National Team

During the national tournament held by the Amateur Athletics Union (AAU) in Madison (Wisconsin), Team Champyon has placed 6 athletes in the top four spots in their respective division. By virtue of finishing in the top four spots, these athletes were invited to compete for a final spot as the national team member in their respective division. The AAU National Team Trial event was held in September down in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Out of the total 20 Junior Division spots, three of Champyon athletes were the winner and became AAU National Junior Team Member. These three
outstanding Champyon athletes are Christian Medina, Michelle Silva and Nicholas Yow. As an AAU national team member, they will represent the United States and compete in AAU‐select international events.
