2008 USAT Illinois State Taekwondo Championship was a great success.

Gold medals were qualified for world class division at the Junior Olympics, and Senior Nationals held at Detroit, MI. July, 2008.

I would like to thank all volunteers for the hard work, and give a special thanks to Master David Smith, Illinois Taekwondo Vice President, Master Eric Laurin, USAT adviser, and Master Choung Pham, Tournament Referee Chairman. They all worked very hard to make this Championship a great success.

News will come out soon on how the Illinois State Taekwondo Association will support the Illinois Team.
